Jeff Krisciunas
Jeffrey Krisciunas has greater than two decades of experience in finance, operational management, strategic planning, systems implementations, and profit maximization. Mr. Krisciunas formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of Merit Industries, Inc., a global producer of video electronic technology. He is an adaptable and forward thinking finance/business executive and corporate officer. A record of accomplishments in financial reporting, analysis, modeling, closing activities, cash management, budgetary planning, forecasting, cost-accounting, credit operations, acquisitions, and EBITDA growth has allowed Jeff to provide a multitude of guidance to an array of businesses. A results-oriented, natural leader who spearheads process-improvement initiatives, resulting in increased efficiencies, grants Jeff the ability to go into numerous business situations and succeed. He develops effective strategic plans that produce results, while working with stakeholders to maximize profitability.
Don Nogowski
Donald A. Nogowski, Esq. Don is a highly experienced and accomplished attorney, business executive and trusted advisor to his business clients. Don has successfully served as CEO, CFO and/or COO of several middle-market companies in diverse industries, including in the manufacturing, technology, health care, distribution, real estate development, construction, and hospitality industry sectors. In addition to this hands-on experience running businesses on a day-to day basis, Don is able to bring a truly unique perspective to his clients, by virtue of Don having both a business degree from Wharton, as well as a law degree. In addition to his business consulting practice, Don is also a Partner in a leading regional law firm (Earp Cohn PC), with offices in both Philadelphia and New Jersey.
In his business consulting practice with Turning Point Advisory Group, Don is able to focus his talent and experience to help guide our business clients through both the good times, as well as challenging times. Don has successfully guided companies through exciting growth phases, as well the inevitable downturns. Don has also guided companies though the difficult “turn-around” and reorganization process, including both inside and outside of bankruptcy.
Don also is well-versed in the in the issues confronting family businesses today, such as succession planning, inter-generational transitions and structuring exit strategies that serve the needs of all interested constituents.
